The best arugment for American strength even after Trump is that every non China american enemy is in terrible shape, Cuba, Iran, Russia, Venezuela, the Sahel Juntas are all in the weakest shape they have been in decades.

An easy way to explain this is look at all his public anger when Grok does not do what he wants it to. Do you not think he is also trying to make the Algorithm do what he wants as well.
If you're trying to convince your friends to spend time on Bluesky rather than X, maybe show them this. X is not "the public town square" or about "free speech." It's "just what Elon Musk wants you to see." If you see stuff he doesn't like he'll step in to make sure you don't see it for long.
If you scroll on X, you are only being shown what Elon wants you to see. If you create content on X, no one will see it unless Elon wants them to.

Look at how desperatly Elon has tried to get Grok to do what it wants. Do you not think that he is doing something similiar for less visable things like Twitter algorithm.

At the same time the NY Times was hyping Hillary Clinton's emails, it had a reporter with emails from Jeffrey Epstein that were highly damaging to Trump.

The more NYT apologists try to minimize this the clearer it becomes that they don't understand why much of the public doesn't trust legacy media.

I don't think legacy media is reading the room correctly on the Epstein Files. Many of us are asking why they have ignored this story for the last decade? Why did they dismiss all of us who were concerned that Trump might be compromised? And where is their fucking contrition and apology now?

Donald Trump ran for president three times before the press started to cover Epstein and him a lot. If anything, it was biased that it took so long.

I wished someone had asked one of the 8 defectors something like "Does it bother you that literally no democratic organization seems to agree with you?"

In response to this claim that the "strategy didn't work."

The people were on our side. We were building momentum to help save our democracy. We could have won - the premium increase notices were just starting.

@kaine.senate.gov Made a horrible vote. There is no sign that VA Dems after the election wanted you to cave. They were so angry at republcians they voted for Jay Jones.

Advice to democrats in one sentence. Treat Elon Musk like republicans treat George Soros.

I think you can make an argument outside of FDR, Nancy Pelosi has been the most influential democrat of the past 100 years.

With VA Dems winning big, New Hampshire is probably the Kamala state with the most conservative state gov now.

The next race is on December 9th. It looks like Dems have a shot of getting the Miami mayorship in a runoff.

Two things Dems should do after tonight. One, say these victories show they are right on the shutdown and hold firm. Two say we will remember what companies bowed to Trump in 2026 and 2026, make them fear some consequences.

This is why Chuck has NO REASON to come back to the table. Let them twist. If you're coming back with wins this big during a shutdown, the people know where their bread is buttered. Don't throw them a lifeline. These aren't tiny margin wins. They're blowouts.

With these results tonight. No way should dems cave on the shutdown.

Crime is an issue that contradicts what pundits want Democrats to do. Crime was lower in 2024 than in 2020 and is also lower in blue states than in red states. Joe Biden also did not defund the police. The fact that people think crime was up shows a media problem, not a policy one.
