The first one is 80s silly where it’s still trying to be serious, to me. A big product of its time. And I can accept it on that level. Legacy felt like it was trying too hard to stay serious while having silly elements. Ares is just like, “Jared Leto is an AI soldier. Fuck it. Have fun.”
