Random pens I own.

Two things:
1. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone with the last name Leffall
2. Who was in charge of planning? Like who said the appropriate giveaway is a pen. Now the pen feels high quality but I feel confident they didn’t get another term

I actually remember this one.

Unless AI can implant memory slop now.

We are creators.

Create something that means something for you.

Especially when that something is community.
Be who you are & go where it’s natural to be a part of change. I like books. So I make myself a part of my bookstore’s community & my library’s community & champion them. I use reading to help me think through the world, & I put fiction & poetry out to use beauty to confront the world & reach folks.

Speaking of Bobbleheads.

It’d be dope if we just claimed the fan bases for the lost team diaspora …

Show had Frank and Nick Sabotka
#HisAndHers
I knew I knew the cameraman actor in #HisAndHers from somewhere - William Lewis from Law & Order SVU (the guy who was obsessed with Olivia Benson).

Just making that connection gave me the chills. That storyline was traumatic af.

Babe Ruth.

Have we done him?
If you could nominate any local history figure for an Orioles team giveaway (bobblehead or otherwise) at Camden Yards, who would you choose?
Lots of love to everyone else spreading the Good Word (of Tupac Shakur's time in Baltimore)!

Maybe the Orioles should keep doing local history–related bobbleheads, it's a great way to Learn Something

The 90s Fox News bubble burst and we never noticed because it was replaced by a fiercer monster.

Fox set the agenda—it gave GW Bush fits and dictated the agenda. Today, it’s a captive of its own audience, following the party line instead of leading it.

The masses and mass media are always sparring
The manosphere bubble is going to pop so hard.

The bubble has popped before (see Marlboro Man which is now comical to the parody)

It’s a grift.

A customer can only buy an ideology for so long before it’s obvious it doesn’t work.

The Manosphere is like a fad diet selling a panacea—more people promote it, more people try it, and then more people are unsuccessful since the elements of happiness haven't changed.
