Reform UK have failed at all their Local Election campaign pledges:

Look om the BBC news website at the second by second break down of the incident. The driver turns sharp right to get away from the ICE agents, at the same time the ICE agent moves to his right to get out of the way and at the same time draws his gun and shoots the diver - so kills anyway
