For the past two years, I’ve been traveling to schools around the country sharing my love for space and science with Janet’s Planet.
It has been so magical working on this show “traveling at the speed of thought” showing kids how to use their imagination to travel to planets millions of miles away.

New Project Alert! I’m editing a new short film called “Ceci n’est pas une Arme” directed by my wonderful friend Anthony Noto and written by the talented writer Stephen Gracia.

I’ve been working on it over the winter. And I can’t wait to have you all see the finished film. Watch this space!

Earnest post, but: a thing I like here is it’s okay to have moments of happiness in public without being broadly scolded, and I believe that sustaining this kind of humanity will be very important as we resist fascism.

We have to sustain each other. Making joy isn’t denial, it’s how we will survive

I’ve already decided to teach my future children this at home. Our schools certainly won’t be teaching critical thinking skills anymore. Good on Finland!

January is not the month for resolutions. We’re all sick, exhausted, cold, broke, depressed and back at work against our will. January *is* the month for outrageous Victorian self-care rituals, because who needs a new gym membership when you can just take a good turn about the room for your agonies.

2024 was the most magical year I’ve ever had. I got married, earned recognition for my acting and editing skills, and spent so much time with my loved ones.

2025 will be tough and there are a lot of unknowns, but I’m allowing myself to still feel that magic. One day at a time.
