1. Puerto Rico and DC would still have to ratify the Constitution.

2. Trump PACKED the US Supreme Court five years ago this month. There is nothing that prevents expanding SCOTUS – it’s badly needed.

3. There should be NO restrictions at all on abortion. It’s health care, just like all else.

The ICC is designed to step in whenever national courts are unwilling or unable to prosecute criminals who have committed crimes against humanity and/or similar crimes. If you’re paying attention, you might get a sense how that can happen.

Our refusal to join is irrelevant. The leaders here can still be held accountable by the ICC.

Example: the Philippines. Like the US, they aren’t part of the ICC and their leader is currently being prosecuted at the Hague.
