It's October and we have been eating out of our gardens since April! What a great gardening year! SE Kansas has had high humidity, timely rains and only a couple of days hit 100⁰. The freezer is full, our bellies are happy and it is still going on! #farmlife #gardens #nature #vegetables

For a decade or more, the Youth have been trying to set legal precedent for the government's responsibility in mitigating climate harm, with some success in Montana. Serious question: What's stopping the State of Illinois from arresting Stephen Miller & charging him with incitement?

The Senate didn't confirm him. He's just a guy.

At some point, the states MUST use their authority to prosecute, because the federal government certainly will not.
