What's so amazing about Jim Henson as a puppeteer is that he could literally be explaining that Kermit is made out of felt and ping pong balls and yet Kermit still feels alive the whole time he's doing it

Celebrating Mary Sherman Morgan--America's first female rocket scientist--on #NationalInventorsDay!

She invented the liquid fuel Hydyne in 1957. Its most famous use came on 31 Jan 1958, when a Juno I rocket powered by Hydyne launched Explorer 1, America’s first successful satellite.

I have to admit, @benjaminpercy.bsky.social's Wade Wilson: Deadpool #1 is insanely good and it doesn't hold back whatsoever! Artwork is great, writing is great, plus that ONE particular panel? With certain someone close to Wade?

That scene made me gasp out loud.

Buy your copy, #Deadpool fans!

Alas, a series that doesn't suck, far from it:

Fuck it, Iron Lung watercolour.
I'm not used to how thick the grain of this paper is and I'm not too happy with the face, but it was a good way to play with the medium a little bit without the expectation of producing something finished. Might revisit this idea again in the future.

It didn't go quite as expected, which made Day 1 of men's hockey at #MilanoCortina2026 quite entertaining.

In the end though, it might be remembered as Juraj Slafkovský's latest Olympic moment.

My recap:
2026 Winter Olympics: Juraj Slafkovský has a new Olympic moment
The men’s tournament got underway on Wednesday, with two games that were very different than many expected heading into the day.
