like… someone in active labor about to give birth and suddenly theyre like oh no i have to poop. i have to pee. i cant do that i have to hold it in. trying to give birth without doing that gross thing. contractions and pushing so forceful they make someone nauseous/gag/dry heave. very strange to me

This is one of the most important lessons a trans person can learn, IMO

We all have dysphoria triggers, we all have things that set us off, but someone just posting about their life or selfies or what have you triggering your dysphoria is a YOU issue, not a THEM issue. You gotta learn to deal.

A fetish sequence. We see T-kun's giant stomach from his POV, where he's held up by a giant man -- an Ancient -- but his stomach blocks the man's face. The man says, "Hello. We now see that Helios is holding T-kun up in one hand, and has his other hand against the head of his emerging baby. While the giant baby mostly inside T-kun looks normal sized compared to Helios, T-kun looks the size of a large doll. T-kun is also visibly dazed or hypnotized. Helios continues speaking: "...Well. How can I put this. In short, I can't let you give birth to that baby. Whether he's my reincarnation, or my son... your world having any trace of me in it, after all that, causes some time paradox trouble. I'll come back and magic him out for you in the future. But until then... just try to ignore the contractions, if you can. Now, uh. Forgive me if what I'm about to do break's Miss V's hypnosis."

Helios forcibly shoves the baby back inside T-kun, with a look of sadness on his face. T-kun wakes up from the hypnosis and shrieks, clearly in both shock and great agony. Helios first says, "Aaaand... back inside with you." After T-kun is startled, he continues, "Sorry. Again. I shouldn't have let you get this far."

We now see T-kun, seemingly recovered -- although his belly is much, much larger. He stands looking mildly annoyed at the viewer, leaning over his stomach, wearing a feminine outfit and sporting longer hair. His breasts have also appeared to have been augmented to a more manageable size.

The POV character asks, "So... h-how many years ago was that?" as if T-kun was explaining what we just saw. T-kun replies, "Six. Six years ago. The giant I've been toting around should be a five-year-old boy. I can magic him lighter, and the contractions are manageable now, but for some godsdamned reason... I can't do a thing about his size. And every time I've tried to push, I pass out and wake back up at square one. I'm certain he placed some kind of ward on me."
