After pouring latex over the Tesla robot, CPS were grasping at straws for "damage" after realising the latex was peeled off. So, they failed to provide any evidence in advance, and then insisted on a trial that cost the taxpayers somewhere between hundreds to thousands of pounds for £21 "damage".
