Me: All right, self, cool your jets – "pixel art" has never referred solely to stuff where the artist meticulously placed each pixel by hand. Classic "pixel art" games in the 80s and 90s made use of photocollage, vector graphics, static renders of 3D models, and many other techniques.

Tax returns & other time-sensitive items are now stamped when they reach a regional processing center, which may be days later. Plan deadlines accordingly to avoid penalties.
