I did a little research on this. Elon does not control Telegram servers, his Grok AI is being made available as a bot you can chat with on Telegram.

To protect your art from being scanned by any crawler/AI, make sure your group or channel is set to "Private" and turn on "Restrict Saving Content"
Open your channel or group settings and set the type to "Private" Scroll down on the same settings page to set the type and turn on "Restrict Saving Content"

I do heavily agree with this. If you've watched Miyazaki's work, you will know that using an AI for said works, even as a silly icon filter, fundementally clashes against the message of the movies

Even more insane is the white house using the filter given Miyazaki's anti-war messages all the time
