Dude, don't get me started on THAT.

I understand that they want WoW to feel like a safe space. But we're not 4. The strength of the story used to be in the gray areas. The realism of everyone is good AND bad was the whole appeal of the factions.

I think the problem is how predictable and heavy handed Blizz goes in both directions. Good and just? We get councils; we get "everyone went to therapy" dialogue. Flawed and morally grey? We get irredeemable assholes and genociders; we get "all cosmic forces are bad actually".

Too much media criticism on here is like "I hate it when characters are flawed and interesting, I'd prefer them to be perfect and boring" and I do think listening too much to this sort of nonsense is how we ended up with non stop councils in WoW
