Yes, you only need it for very specific case uses.

Half of Scotland hasn’t paid in well over a decade given the bbc’s institutional bias against the Scottish government and the independence movement

GB News grilled me apparently?

Only problem with this is I've never been on their nonsense channel.

They lie - obsessively.

Help us grow an alternative to all the bollocks:

Similar to Reform and Brexit voting in the UK, this is not the voices of the oppressed but rather the cry of a demographic used to dominance but now finding equality a threat.
MAGA Isn’t the Rebellion of the Oppressed: It’s the Backlash of the Once-Dominant.
A reminder that the most dangerous revolution is the one staged by people who were never oppressed to begin with.

FtM detrans are all hand picked and managed by the GC. They get more sympathy hence are more easy to use to radicalise fence-sitters
Why are so many ftm "detransitioners" horrible people? I get that it didn't work out, but there is no need for them to target people who are just getting on with their lives. It's like they want everyone else to be miserable.

Self-denial is one of the most common aspects of being disabled.

We ignore and deny our own reality for much longer than we perhaps should, much of which is due to social norms and societal ableism we’ve had ingrained within us.

Self-acceptance can save our lives.

Susan Tincher was arrested for standing up to ICE.

She was arrested for documenting atrocities.

She’s a US citizen. A grandmother. And she’s white.

They’re never going to stop. Everyone must stand up. Everyone must protect those who are most in danger. Everyone must document atrocities.

If you are still paying your TV licence, now is a good time to reconsider. The BBC is institutionally transphobic, and does not deserve your money.
Very sad that I felt I had no choice but to resign from The Infinite Monkey Cage - a victory for the transphobes and other bigots - I did it because so much of the media has chosen to believe the kind and empathetic people are a fiction - they are real and so often unrepresented.

Please don’t call wellness checks on disabled people.

The police are not trained to deal with complex chronic illness and invariably make the situation worse.

You’re putting someone in danger by doing this.

If you’re worried about a disabled person, help establish a safety plan that works.

Really need to get our shit together and get back out to supporting Free Palestine.

Haven't been able to face it since the time the guy came over and was abusive to us and then he called the cops on us for filming him doing it.

Still have a complaint pending with West Yorkshire po-lice for that.

Going to the (supposedly) UK premier of Battle Royale only to have the guy sat behind in a packed cinema lose his shit with us for laughing at the bit where the guy's dad hangs himself

"No-one else is laughing".
Raising the always fun question: What are your most memorable theater-going experiences?

Mine also include The Matrix, Blair Witch, and being way too stoned in Belgium when Fellowship of the Ring was sold out so we sat in the back row for Mulholland Drive instead.
It was hands-down one of the most memorable theater-going experiences I can remember, a collective 30-minute butt-clench/armrest-grab for the final climb. And we knew he lived! Wild.

Yesterday apparently was day 10 of 11 of our former psychiatric social worker's fitness to practice hearing.

Monday should be the final day.

IDK how long after that it will take to drop the decision and summing up but I hope not too long.

Evergreen

When cis people say they need a "civil discussion" around "trans issues," what they really mean is they want a discussion amongst themselves about how quickly they can get rid of us, over tea, preferably before the rush-hour traffic.

Denying a trans person the care and support they need, is abuse.

It’s knowingly harming them.

It shows you don’t care about their health and happiness.
You only care about your own bigotry and hate.

Talking about letters - we need to be individually calling out journalists and editors at the Times/Telegraph for continuously publishing nonsensical non-stories like this bilge, while totally IGNORING the 60K+ letter signed by women in SUPPORT of trans people! 😣
