Who in the hell can see a specialist before primary care? If I call without a referral it’s usually a no go. Even after a referral it’s usually 6-9 months to see someone unless it’s life threatening.

If I’m about to spend 12-24 hours traveling to a foreign country, there is no way I’m not showing up in sweats and a hoodie.
