Commissioner Jessica Tisch making a public spectacle of Hannibal Lectering Luigi Mangione while letting her Epstein-network relative walk free to prey on young girls really sums up the state of things
‘New one for you’: Inside Steve Tisch’s transactional friendship with Jeffrey Epstein
In late 2011, a Russian model sent a pleading email to Jeffrey Epstein. “We had sex, I did massage for u non-stop,” she wrote. “I took a bath with u and your girls even if I don’t like it..serve...

Jock Landale went to Atlanta for cash considerations…

But yes, I don’t blame them for not adding. I was not a fan of the McCain trade, though. And while they did recoup solid value for him, I hate that they’re acting like the tax wasn’t a primary motivator of that deal as well.

The tax thing really isn’t separate, though. Them refusing to pay it limits their options in these major transactional windows.

You can question whether such a mid team should pay the tax, which is fair, but that again goes back to the issues with having three max guys in the first place
February 12, 2026 at 3:19 AM
The problem is that if you have three max players and you refuse to pay the tax, you’ve basically tied both hands behind your back.

Maybe injuries forced their hand last year and the PG suspension did this year, but they appear to have no cohesive strategy atm

It’s fun when you do the math on how close they’re gonna be to the tax line once they sign two more min guys (and that’s assuming they even fill all 15 roster spots).

But yeah, totally, the first apron was their main concern, definitely

Getting embarrassed on their home floor by a division rival is exactly how every team wants to go into the All-Star break
Well, it's over. Knicks demolish the Sixers 138-89.

When we find out all the shit that's happening in the kids camp it's gonna rock people to their core. Done in your name with your tax money by your reps in Congress. Remember who this administration is and who this party is. The Epstein Class. And Dems know it! They bring up Epstein all the time. So
People say we can't compare this to the Third Reich because of the atrocities but we only found out about the atrocities after the fact when it was all said and done and we're not done with this yet so I am sure the worst stomach churning shit has yet to be revealed.
ICYMI: The US is currently holding three times as many people in immigrant detention as were detained in the Nazi concentration camp system in spring 1939 — six years into the Third Reich, and just before the start of World War II.

They have and will continue to have to do things they haven't been particularly consistent with all season — winning on the margins.

I take it back, 37 points in one half of an NBA game is pretty damn legendary.
February 11, 2026 at 4:42 AM
Longgg way to go for Wemby to stay healthy for that long... but if he does, yes.
February 11, 2026 at 4:33 AM
With that said, Wemby does have 17 points less than five minutes into the game...

It's a shame the Lakers won't keep it competitive for long enough to inspire an all-time great performance from Wemby.

Do I want to watch the Spurs thrash the Lakers without 4/5 of their starting lineup, or do I want to watch some psychopaths hurl themselves down a snowy mountain? Tough choice, really

Having the Olympics start right around the NBA trade deadline + Super Bowl = dumb

Having the Olympics on during one of the otherwise most boring sports weeks of the year = smart
