The fact that people don't understand this is the major reason why I haven't been able to find work. (As a person who "does everything except write the code myself")
I have this sneaking suspicion that a lot of people in tech don't know how tech actually works. You sitting down at a keyboard and write love letters (code) is a very small part of big success.

The blacksky only discourse doesn't need me chiming in over on those threads, so I'll share my thoughts over here: I think what Rudy's doing is awesome, it's more than fair, and I'll miss you all over here. Healthy and positive all around, and white people's loss for continually failing on safety.
