I work in a mental health facility and I work very closely with people struggling. This #mask #art project was what I came up with for our daily afternoon art group.

I was told to share my work.

A mask with a collage of images and words. We see a person in armor and a half mask covering eyes, a Manga of a woman saying "it is trash" - we see strips that say various things -- Challenge everything -- denial is dangerous -- to fight -- I couldn't say no --

Mask covered in collage with many colour's and textures we see a woman screaming surrounded by flames, a Manga woman with googly eyes with text reading 'are our people safe?' With a block below it reading 'the truth is' next to an image of a primate. We see TRANS DATING in newsprint -- real -- PRIDE (IN RAINBOW)

The front of a mask covered in colage decor hung on a wall with black yarn. We see many textures and colour's. We see REAL and PRIDE and TO FIGHT clearly as the other text curves with the mask.
