I highly recommend this bone-chilling, comprehensive and urgent @aapf.org report on the Trump regime's deadly anti-Black ideas and policies. The MSM @nytimes.com and @wapopitchbot.bsky.social have failed us profoundly in not recognizing anti-Blackness as a driving force of MAGA.

Call the White House and your members of Congress with this brilliant idea to protect the people's travel? Shut down the 12% of air travel that takes place in private jets--not the rest of our flights! Let them fly commercial so we can all reach our destinations!

"Private planes make up a significantly higher proportion of flights than 12% in some regions, particularly in the US. In the U.S., private jets (a subcategory of private planes) make up approximately one out of every six flights (about 16.7%) managed by the FAA." -AI

MAGA’s nefarious new math summed up
$100M for Trump’s golf trips.
$172M for private jets.
$230M to settle with Trump.
$250M for his ballroom.
$40B to Argentina.
$117B in tax breaks for the top 1%.
$170B for ICE.

But no money for food stamps.

What freedom could be more basic than the freedom to read books of one's choice?
Information is power. Banning books threatens free ideas and stifles our democracy.

At Democracy Forward, we’ve taken book bans to court – and won. This #BannedBooksWeek, we pledge to continue the fight against censorship. Because #CensorshipIsSo1984.
