I’ve seen a few posts recently arguing whether audiobooks count as reading. For me, the important thing is people are able to access books in the way that best suits them, be it ebooks, audiobooks or physical books. Some people don’t get that access at all and we that do are the lucky ones.

Paige Thomas, 19, from Elton, has an innate talent for using food to regulate uncomfortable emotions – as opposed to actually feeling them.
