Plus, $4200 in groceries gets you the worst shit on the Walmart shelves.

The play here is right into pharma’s hands because what you can buy with this amount just leads to more health problems.

Nobody can buy healthy food in this country for $4200/year.
Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

Go change the world.
Thank you. Added.
Welcome. I see this every week. Haha
I need some weird inspiration. Hit me with it.

I mean not like just run of the mill anti-everything weird. But actually unique, somehow ignored all of society to create but is brilliant at the same time weird.

And ideally a series.

Like YT channel formats, art, books, photos, websites, games, ???
Why if, and hear me out, we actually were social with less media….

*dodges pitchforks*
I disagree.

There. Got that over with.

Now go for it. :)
The problem with "develop your spiky POV" advice is that It assumes you don't already have one.

You do.

You're just too scared to say it out loud.

The issue isn't finding spiky takes—it's giving yourself permission to sound like yourself instead of the sanitized version everyone expects.
Apparently URL-to-Spicy-Take is my version of a to-do list when building new "hello world" apps.
Nice! Enjoy the journey!
I just downloaded that (again) to try to learn it since it’s been so long since I’ve used Adobe I’ve forgotten all the keyboard commands. Figured I’d start over.

Cool that it does log though. Didn’t know that. Didn’t know it was easier to do color grading either.

Do you do this professionally?
I do that in Adobe Premiere - using LUts and doing color grading - but alas I’m not a pro, so don’t really know what I’m doing there either, or why one would be better than the other. I defer. :)

What do you use for editing software?
The mental block is much more powerful than the tech block.

Unload mental and social space.

Nice work. :)
Try airdropping them to your Mac if you have one. Should be much faster.

But yea, filming/photos in Apple format sucks. Gonna have to convert them to use them anywhere else anyway.
Playing tourist in Seattle today. Had amazing tacos on Queen Anne and now enjoying the vibes and coffee at KEXP’s Vita.
Selling weapons now?
If nothing else, the next election (if there is one) should bring out massive amounts of votes because we finally realize electing a president can actually have real in-my-back-yard consequences apparently.
Nice. Ooh the Time one is great. Kinda want that black and white ink drawing type but these are good.
Anyone have a political cartoon of a blowup animal to share?

Gotta be out there somewhere.
Might just have to be a blow up frog for Halloween.

What does that have to do with Halloween?

I live in N Idaho.

Probably gonna scare some ICE children.
I’ll try to drive by a couple times and honk for you.

In North Idaho.

It counts as 10x here.

The ability to remove your post when a hostile account quote-tweets you is a great feature of Bluesky.

To do it, go to their quote-tweet of you, click on the three dots in the bottom right, then click “detach quote.”

It shows up as “removed by author.”
Yep. Today is going to be a whole lot of dysfunctional me.
