Having just watched Earthtone9 I'm reminded of just how interesting early 2000s UK metal was, (Obvs excluding a certain Welsh band) but they remained underground compared with the bigger budgets of the US bands of the era.

I've been seeing a lot of animated versions of tiktok skits of late, all in the same style, often not matching fully but now I've noticed they are coming from different accounts - all [randomname].animations - I'm guessing a new AI content farm?

There may possibly be a surprise bonus stream later - need to run a stress test to make sure encoding is fine on my GPU - Resolve doesn't like it & crashes when doing a render, but apparently that's been flagged in the forums which is a pain as I wanted to get some more VODs trimmed this weekend.

I should also add that while the Conservatives are the largest party in the diet, so get to pick the PM, they recently lost their majority in both chambers so possibly a bit more progression as they now need to work with other parties to get legislation passed. Still a lot of yikes with her though

A lot, the cities seem more progressive at a local government level but the national diet is super conservative. I don't know enough about the prefecture level

I am so glad I'm not in the M6 in this weather - remember one year it was mostly praying I didn't hit anything in the zero visibility spray. On a related note drivers, if you can't see beyond your own bonnet TURN YOUR LIGHTS ON!

Wish those that I know who are doing #PlayExpo this weekend have a fun time, don't catch any lurgies and are not too traumatised by the horror of the Norbreck.

I'm not there this year, it's a long long trip and I don't have the leave for it.

Was talking about this on Stream last night after spotting it on their site (was trying to work out if Britannia and someone else were linked)

You could maybe possibly get a money off voucher for a future stay after posting nice things about your visit!

It certainly explains the 5 star reviews
