Leeks...are really good! I've never used them in cooking before. I used one this morning for a steak (chopped leftover ribeye), leek, mushroom, cheese and Anaheim pepper omelet, topped with sour cream and Sriracha. Delicious. I love the flavor profile. 🤤 💕 ✨
