From a layperson’s perspective, the bubble argument starts here. Reduced valuations for AI customers will likely lead to demand sensitivity, and that’s atleast directionally consistent with bubble environment dynamics… if not proof that hyperscaler valuations are inflated.

Jensen Huang’s warning about China’s AI rise is probably prophetic, but it’s also important to remember Nvidia’s vested interests. The perspective isn’t without an agenda…could be prophecy or just positioning re export restrictions.
