Moon tonight. Taken with the iPhone while driving (safely 😅). Clouds earlier in the evening had their own thing going. I also saw the Seven Sisters constellation (Pleiades star cluster)…check iPhone video below. The astrophotography camera seemed confused but I still got a pic or two.

Close friends were displaced for months. The house survived but the exotic garden they had labored over for years was completely gone. The only consolation, if any, is that the people affected have the means to rebuild. I shudder to imagine what would happen if the demographic was different.

This framing is clickbaity …what other modern tools, accessories and infrastructure did he use? Cars, computers, gasoline, calculators, phones??? Demonizing tech every time there’s misuse is counterproductive. Talk about specific guardrails, if you must.
