"Hyde protections" would be a backdoor abortion ban, because health insurance would be unable to pay for abortions even where it is legal.
Mike Johnson: "If there was gonna be an extension, you'd be massive reforms. You'd need income caps. You should not be subsidizing healthcare for wealthy people. You'd also need Hyde protections on those things and other innovations."
