Alien is my favourite current mechanics for horror, 1st ed Kult (not played it since mid 90s) was good but possibly the most genuinely horrifying story I've been in was our recently Tales From The Loop/Things From The Flood campaign!

In a way many of our first dates were in Night City and my netrunner Morwenna is one of my favourite PCs ever. She met her end soul-killered into a regional AI by Arasaka.
