I got slow release Ritalin today to finally try out and I'm excited! so far it's been real smooth and I feel alright.

only problem is I also threw my back out suddenly while weight lifting so now I can't even use my brain power to do anything because I can't sit at my fucking desk lmao

went to a podiatrist (foot doctor) today to help my flat ass feet hurt a little less and thus help my bad back and it turns out I have very normal and developed arches but the muscles on my feet are just so fucking huge that just make them flat anyway
