Surely Mayor isn't a title for life? 🙄

Good. Kim Davis is a horrible human being practising rank hypocrisy. If she's so concerned about the 'sanctity of marriage' maybe she shouldn't have so many of them.

Maybe Keir should demand the heads of major US news networks any time they imply Britain is on the brink of civil war or that we live under sharia law. Or does it not work both ways?

Just accidentally named a layer "butmaps" instead of "bitmaps".

Awesome. That's a keeper.

Oh FFS. BBC going live to Farage again. He never misses an opportunity to wheel himself out and spew his usual nonsense. I'm sure the Lib Dems get this much attention with their much larger amount of MPs. Right?... right?

I've seen a longer version where he reads 4 words at a time, which is bad enough. But he actually does say "I, and state your name".

Ah FFS.

Yeh it's in the excerpt, but it wasn't on the news link.

You couldn't make it up. A goldie we know is incredibly boistrous. Nova is not keen, but knows he's harmless. She saw him on the park and refused to go any further, so I take a slightly different route. He found us. Not as traumatic as this morning, but she ran off again. My nerves are shredded. 😞
Had a multi-post rant typed up but it really just boils down to this:

If you can't keep your dog in sight, or it has shit recall. DO NOT LET IT FREE RUN.

So grateful we have such brilliant dogs. Could have easily been minus one today and it shook me to my core.

Jebus. M$ 365 subscription is going to rise by almost 30%. Seems like a good time to cancel. 🫤

It blows my mind that there are real people who see a post like this and actually believe the whole “Christmas is being cancelled by Muslims” BS 🙄

Let’s have a quick look at what’s happening to Sheffield so you can put your Express reading uncle’s mind at ease!😆

Ginger murder cat is on the timber shed roof under the holly tree pretty much every time I go out. He's trying to predate the birds on our feeders. 😞

Daft bugger didn't notice Nova was between him and his usual escape route. She nearly got him and he bounced over the hedge into next door. 🧵 1/3

The Esk is lively this morning, but not as lively as last night. You can see how high it got from the leafline on the bank. SEPA have just redrawn the fllod plain and put us in it. I calculated the river would have to rise at least 14ft from normal to even reach our front door. 1/2

Pleased to see this morning's news. We honeymooned in NYC, much better than slobbing around on a beach somewhere.

Been working on making a seed packet template with a view to popping them online for a quid or two. Everything lines up and is easy to assemble with a craft knife/scissors and some paper glue. All drawn/inked digitally from my own photos. Quite pleased with this first one...

I have absolutely no problem believing any of this.
European negotiators were personally targeted by their American counterparts during a brutal negotiation over green shipping rules, European Commission officials told POLITICO.

This highly unusual gambit left diplomats shaken after the meeting.
US accused of threatening EU diplomats during bid to kill green shipping rules
Negotiators at shipping talks in London were told both they and their countries could be punished unless they voted with the U.S.
