Looking back on my awesome Arctic fox encounter from last month. These little guys are high-energy, fast-moving foragers. This one was sniffing for snacks among the frozen kelp on the shore. They will follow polar bears onto the ice to eat leftovers from their kills. #mammals 🌿

I caught a teenager crawling around under my truck this evening with a cordless cutoff tool. He was apparently trying to remove my catalytic converter.
My truck is a Rivian... electric. Doesn't have one of those.
He ran off before the University police showed up.

In progress: "Old Garden Shed (small acts of magic)" (working title), oil on canvas, 24x36" (gift). I've had to put this aside for a few days to work on other presents. Back at it today, adding an allium (one of Alison's favourites) and the poppy & leaves. Slowly filling out. #art #wip
