I've been listening to you for years & jeopardy & have valued your opinions.

Maybe I can't speak for many, but your cat fights have certainly lost credibility with me. Even your response just now trying to put words in my mouth.

Tom, this is the best question/explanation of how I feel about your constant cat fights.

You are a literal expert in national security issues. A moderating, reasonable voice with credentials to back it up.
But you lose massive credibility over stupid, pedantic arguments with randos.

- we were beating them

Those creeps are beatable. We beat them for decades. In the 30s they tried a form of MAGA and US beat them. The 50s? McCarthy purges. US beat them.

The Trump party is not Republican. It is not conservative. It is Stalinist. Their goal is not communism, but an Iranian style system with a supreme religious authority over a weak subservient civil government. They will tolerate no constitutional argument against it. Law enforcement is overwhelmingly ultra-maga.
I haven't given up but the reality is almost all law enforcement must be forced to act lawfully by citizens/electeds or face consequences. They violate constitutional rights as standard operating procedure

Don't forget that prosecutors asked for a 30 year sentence for the person who turned themselves in near Kavanaugh's house. That person received 8 years.

In this case prosecutors are only asking for 2yrs, 3mos.

Why the difference?
The other person turned themselves in.
