The challenge: if Russia wants to test the waters, that’s how you do it.
Send a few drones - enough to suggest it’s deliberate, but not so many as it being impossible to be accidental.
Send armed drones (from what I hear, these were Geran variants. Not confirmed) but don’t attack.
