How are people generally feeling about Prop 50? On the one hand I feel like independent districting commissions are the kind of thing you can have when the Voting Rights Act is in place. On the other hand it literally is what it is, and it being Newsome's scheme seems like damning with faint praise

Is being able to decompose photo-real images into colors and shapes a thing that's trained? or do I just have something like a weird version of aphantasia?
