stakes are extremely high, literally life or death.

We do NOT need ICE or CBP to have more training or oversight

We do need all border, policing and military angencies to be defunded; end to fed & state partnerships (like sec 287g agreements); end to all detentions & deporations. Abolish borders.

I'm bored so I'm just going to post 8 shots of some of my somewhat obscure or rare publications I've collected over the years. Got most of these in SF, at Anarchist Book Fairs or from friends. I've read more than half of these but not all. Questions or comments welcome. Answers I may not have.

We are just in time to celebrate the birthday of Peter Kropotkin—the geographer, author, and anarchist revolutionary widely known for helping to popularize the concept of mutual aid—with this account detailing his narrow escape from a St. Petersburg prison.

Finally caught the Pablo Echaurren exhibit at Casa Italiana Zerilli—Marimò at NYU at New York University, which ends next week.

Echaurren is a brilliant artist - former illustrator of Lotta Continua, creator of many a movement-sheet, and a lead artist in Italy's autonomia milieu of the late 70s.

Actually you would absolutely know it from the way both party’s are reacting. We are seeing a response to the uprisings in 2020 in particular, but also those going back to the 2006 Si Se Puede struggle, in a hard right swing.
Six out of eight of the largest mass-movement protests in US history have happened since 2017. You wouldn't know this from most media reporting, and you sure af wouldn't know this from the way either major party has reacted.

if you've ever found value in the work of any anti-fascist writer or researcher today, you owe something to Leonard Zeskind. he was absolutely foundational.
For nearly half a century, Leonard Zeskind risked life and limb to expose the danger of white nationalism and stem the far-right’s march from the margins to the mainstream.

Join us on Nov. 9 to share your memories and celebrate his life.
