When @soleilho.com invited me to join COYOTE, I asked whether writers would be free to call a genocide a genocide. This article we published by them today does so and then some. It's an outstanding work of cultural reporting that I hope you find time to read. www.coyotemedia.org/pass-the-ric...
"It is an act of love for Palestinians to patiently counter myths while their loved ones are being killed."

@soleilho.com went to a dinner where Palestinian food and drink makers shared their history and their grief. Then came the Q&A.
Pass the Rice, and Please Explain Your Genocide
At a thoughtfully organized dinner in Oakland, Palestinian culinary activists shared more than just food — they offered their stories, their resilience, and their patience

This is supposed to be happening now, is anyone around Union Square who can confirm it was a prank? The @marchforbillionaires.org account hasn’t been posting lately, which makes me think it was definitely a prank
A new group is advertising a "March for Billionaires" in San Francisco next weekend, starting in wealthy Pac Heights.

The group says a planned California billionaire tax would hit "value creators" who are "building, not taking."

Is it satire?

Guys, this makes me PROFOUNDLY SAD. I worked at Peet's in the city to pay my rent before I became a Real Boy™️. I still drink the coffee every morning.

I WILL NEVER LET GO OF MY APRON. That thing is STILL helping out my husband in the kitchen.
Peet’s Coffee will be closing roughly 27 locations across California by the end of this month, a company representative at its Emeryville headquarters confirmed Tuesday.
