From now on any illegal directive issued by the Trump admin the recipients need to say, "Can you text that to me? You're cutting out." That way they can't claim they never said it.

That way when they get pulled into court for refusing orders, they have tangible evidence that the order was illegal & Noem can't deny that she said that.
