It is pretty galling that the Supreme Court spent four years telling Biden "you can't do that without Congress" then allowed Trump to seize a once-unthinkable amount of power from Congress within nine months and concentrate law-making authority almost entirely in the executive branch.

the only ones who don't see anxiety as a problem are those who don't deal w it. i developed a psychosomatic response to food from it and had chronic nausea because couldn't eat or sleep. i would have panic attacks every few days. and i'm terrified of getting an autoimmune disease from it all.

You worry all the time about something bad happening , you can’t concentrate, you can’t sleep, your emotions are all over the place, you isolate yourself.

Every day is a struggle but we endure.
