When will we extend fuel duty to the luxury of flying - and add VAT? We have both taxes applied to motorists - people going to work and about their daily lives, get taxed to the max. People flying round the word - nothing. It can’t be justified.

Since I began voting at the age of 18, I've only seen three Labour governments. I've never been as disappointed in any of them as I am by Starmer's pale blue version of socialism.
The 50 wealthiest families own more wealth than the bottom 50% of the population.
How can this Labour Government say this is a "cost of living" budget and refuse to tax the rich?
They care about protecting power and wealth. And cost of living is a buzz phrase for them. Dire.
