this is about preventing biometric surveillance technology on shift btw. i have some coworkers who refuse to take it seriously but im already working on it with our union
some of my coworkers have no idea how lucky they are that im their steward. they have no idea how lucky they are to have someone gentle and patient for coworkers while asserting due pressure on upper management.

If COVID spread by droplets and surfaces, then it could be prevented by handwashing—conveniently, an individual responsibility.
However, study since 2020 has made it clear:

THIS IS A HUGE PARADIGM SHIFT.

its been almost a month and i have never felt more suicidal since getting this job back. i am like crippled by the lack of coworker support and staffing at this time of day. its like torture.
