in stories and games and movies where space travel is a thing, how is it possible when time dilation is a thing? Like, you can't just go on a trip to some far off galaxy and return back home? Unless wormholes solve this somehow? am I misunderstanding something?

i worked from 1-7:30 tonight, and now ive got a shift for 7am in the morning. this fr shouldnt even be allowed to happen. i got home at nearly 8pm, and started thawing my chicken for dinner which all together ended up taking almost 3 hours to cook and eat. now ive got like 7 hours to sleep...

mind u before getting my job back, it was regularly 90-120, and before that, years ago it was always sitting around 115. this is great, i think this means im evening out finally. now i just need to get my bp under control

my resting heart rate rn is frequently below 75. this is the slowest my heart rate has been in like 2-3 years... ;; good things do happen when u try to eliminate harmful thinking and work through anxiety and panic instead of always fighting it or avoiding it
