About that new “Invisible Illness” book 🤮
Promotes graded exercise as "moderately effective" for most patients and suggests that all patients would benefit from cognitive behavioral therapy. Depicts FND docs as the only ones who take patient complaints seriously. Refers to docs who prefer to treat with medication as seeking "quick fixes."

Read others say l-theanine can stop being effective when take daily and that pulsing or using as a rescue is better. So if it;s like that isn't working these days it might be worth taking a break?
For me LDN is the major sleep improver. Magnesium Malate helps a bit. Lithium Orotate is helping.

I understand the tears and the worry. Absolutely. It is possible and as Fightback said to me you deserve the assistance and you must keep fighting. But it is horrific to deal with. So sorry.

Ugh so sorry. Couldn't cope with mine at all last time so paid for Fightback's form filling service Disability Forms UK. So worth it. They're also up to speed on the new review forms.

At best this despicable practice is forcing disabled people to give up the care they desperately need, at worst it is causing significant distress & pushing some to consider severe drastic action!
