An Extreme Cold Warning is in effect for all of Wisconsin late tonight and tomorrow morning. Wind chills of -30 to -40°F are expected statewide, and parts of northern Wisconsin could approach -50°F!

This is dangerous cold and being outside in it could quickly cause frostbite and hypothermia.
The whole map of Wisconsin is blue. This means there is an extreme cold warning for late Thursday night and Friday morning. Map showing forecast wind chills for Friday morning. -30 to -50 wind chills are possible across the state.
