While scheduling an appointment to donate blood on blood.ca, my grammar eye suddenly started to twitch. Is the word "WHOM" officially dead in the English language? Can we bring it back?

It seems wrong that it is illegal to pick or transplant trilliums but perfectly fine to bulldoze over them in Ontario. Developers should be required to save the plants when building, it's not too much to ask for our provincial flower I don't think.

Just finished @astrokatie.com’s excellent book “The End of Everything”. As just a regular 💻 nerd it was a fascinating and approachable intro to some complex topics. Also the humour she brings to what could otherwise be a bit of a downer topic is a welcome counterbalance 🤗 thanks for writing, Katie!

I have never been to a spa and I certainly don’t understand why my TAX DOLLARS are being spent on one. Articles like this don’t make me any happier with the whole situation. Surely there are better things for a government to invest in? Hospitals? Bike lanes? Or return our tax dollars??
