This is a rather unfortunate statement. It appears they these were not sex workers at all. Very likely that the men and women involved were exploited sexually and not performing any kind of consensual professional service.
It will surprise exactly ZERO sex workers that one of the wealthiest men in the world is such a fool and cheapskate that he conducted his extramarital activities with undependable amateurs who gave him an STI rather than actual, discreet professionals.

Don't treat this as a cure-all that enables you to watch anything, but if you accidentally encounter ICE shooting videos on the site today, try this to help mitigate them.
I share this with everybody: if you encounter traumatic content, play 20-30 minutes of Tetris or other fast paced, visually intensive video game. It helps prevent future intrusive thoughts. It can help even long after the exposure: when you start dwelling on it, grab the Tetris.
