Library workers are burned out, and they're clear on what's creating some of the worst mental health conditions both inside and outside the library.

Here's what they had to say, as well as ways and means by which library worker mental health can be improved. This is a call to action.
Last summer, I surveyed library workers about the ways library work impacts their mental health, and they responded.
