Today was the first time in almost a week where I laughed with my whole chest to the point of tears
I felt so isolated and depressed after missing an important day in a loved one’s life this weekend, but love from all of my extended family finally brought me back

Third or fourth trip to the dentist in the last two years without issue
It’s so dumb and little but I’m just happy that my ED isn’t scaring me from going anymore (it was paranoia of the damage being done to my teeth)
