I already backed, but I’d love to upgrade to a physical copy backer tier if one was added… 😉

ToEE with Co8 and Temple+ is a really great game these days. 👍🏻

RoMD and DtU will likely never be modded or fixed in any meaningful way.

Descent to Undermountain and Pool of Radiance: Ruins of Myth Drannor are my two biggest gaming disappointments of all time. I played both and I’m not sure why I didn’t treat myself better when I was younger.

One of my earliest gaming memories is playing this game with my cousins in my grandparent’s basement where they had a tv on a cart and an Atari set up for us. We had this, and the Return of the Jedi/Death Star Battle game.

Halo 2 on Xbox Live back in the day was really special. I remember how excited my friends and I were for the map packs. Just night after night playing online, having a blast.

Aside from Mathilda May, the most memorable thing about this movie for me is hearing the main movie theme in Baldur’s Gate when you fight orcs in the wilderness. Somebody copied…

Also, 23 years later, I still believe that Miranda Otto’s Eowyn is the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen on screen.

I finally finished showing my (9 year old) son the Lord of the Rings trilogy for the first time today. As the credits rolled on Return of the King, he turned to me and said “Daddy, I’ve never seen a better movie than this, and the finale was amazing”. I’m a proud dad.

I had a blast with the two GG Shinobi games when I was younger. Both were a lot of fun, and had great music if I remember right.

The Divinity: Original Sin Collector’s Edition. Missing the art book that was exclusive to the Kickstarter Edition, but otherwise a sharp package and Larian’s best physical release at the time.

I’m watching the new Naked Gun movie, and the bit with the snowman just broke me. 🤣

I loved Malcolm in the first game. The way they did his story in the third game never sat right with me… he was clearly sinister and evil in the first game, not goofy and misunderstood.

Absolutely. Digital is convenient but it can never replace the feel of physical game packages. The packaging itself was part of the game’s experience. The manual was the first glimpse into the world. We studied the maps, read the inserts, studied the screenshots.
