Let's assume Republicans were never coming to the table, because they weren't. ACA subsidies end in December. All they had to do was waIt another 50+ days. Then the fight is moot.

I hate when I say something I consider stupid in the moment, and then agonize as it replays in my head for weeks, especially when whoever I said it to completely forgot.

So the DNC is in lockdown for some reason and 2 HBCUs recieved credible bomb threats and two Dem lawmakers and their spouses and one dog were gunned down, but one person killing Charlie Kirk is why the left is the violent party.

Sometimes neurodiversity looks like a minor social faux pas a neurotypical would laugh off and forget results in crippling self-doubt and emotional trauma for days if not weeks for us. And yes, we'd stop it if we could.

Senator Goldman was just asked why Dems are not doing anything as he's holding a press conference after trying to inspect an ICE facility. He point blank said why are you not asking Republicans why they aren't following the law? Dead silence. That ended the presser.

Dems aren't doing nothing. They have no power to force action, but they are speaking out, exposing MAGA in hearing after hearing, attending protests, and holding rallies. The media is not showing it. Yes, Schumer is useless. But so many are not.
