it's almost five o'clock here in Brazil...

but it's still FISH TIME in my tiny game😎

this week: improved boids algorithm, also now I can change my fish color!

up next: changing individual colors + performance improvements (this currently swims at ~50FPS, we can do better!!)

isso me lembrou de um ditado que ouvi uma vez que é algo tipo "quando perdemos um idoso perdemos tb uma biblioteca", e é muito isso. a gente que tem mais costume com internet as vezes esquece do tanto de conhecimento que nao ta documentado ;/

btw, this uses a boids logic for the fish's movement, and their animation is a simple vertex displacement shader.

will be writing a full breakdown once the game is released! stay tuned!!

I'm working on the final cutscene for my game, and seeing everything come together makes me feel very emotional.

it took me a while to accept who I am, and embrace my weird ideas. but I sure am glad to have finally done it : )
