'Perhaps' does some lifting here but ask yourself what would happen in the right wing media if Chris Mason ever expressed the equally plausible *opinion* that Farage is 'perhaps' the most obviously racist MP since Enoch Powell.
Didn't like this then, like it less now:
The BBC's political editor just described Farage as "perhaps one of the master story-tellers of his political generation".

I suspect the real reason Nigel Farage is getting so rattled by the racism allegations is that:

1) He knows he said all these things so can't properly deny them
2) He knows that he carried on saying them well into adulthood

I am hearing from multiple sources that the EU Commission is announcing its first DSA fine tomorrow against X on ad transparency, blue check & dark pattern, and researcher access to data.

The fine is in the "100s of millions of Euros."

Of course, Nigel Farage was only a racist when at school and grew out of it, but...

From 1997 when he was in UKIP

"He wanted ex-National Front candidates to run and I said, 'I'm not sure about that,' and he said "There's no need to worry about the nigger vote. The nig-nogs will never vote for us."

It's Farage at his absolute weakest - thin-skinned, easy to offend, and nurturing a persecution complex.

He’s a vile man, no intellectual ability, just attacks anyone who disagrees with him.

A Trumpian drip.
