Republicans get away with lies because their propaganda arm (NYT,CNN, ABC, etc.) reports the lie and then pretends there is a legitimate dispute concerning the facts.

On big difference between Republicans and Democrats is if a Republican doesn't like a Democrat the Democrat is relieved because they didn't want to have anything to do with a Republican. If a Democrat doesn't like a Republican the Republican gets pissed off maybe even homicidal.

It cracks me up to see a fat farmer crying that a new combine cost three million dollars. The type which is almost fully automated. Are they even farmers? They grow one crop and their feet don't touch the ground? Might as well call Monsanto the farmer.
