Kept this deliberately slower pace today in light of the intense sessions I did this week. I could easily maintain this pace for both half and full marathon distance, so Iโ€™m happy with myself on that countโ€ฆ

Considering all the PTSD shit Iโ€™ve been going through in recent weeks, Iโ€™m surprised Iโ€™m still performing as well as I am, so Iโ€™m taking that as a winโ€ฆ fuck PTSD! โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช
As a result, Runna has actually *downgraded* my plan target, to continue making it โ€œfun and sustainableโ€ for me. Funnily enough though, itโ€™s still expecting a sub-20 minute 5km by the end of the plan, so letโ€™s see how it goes for the next few weeksโ€ฆ
All was going well until the second last speed rep, where I almost threw up mid-rep! Had to slow myself down considerably to get my stomach back under control. And I thought I actually nailed the last rep, but it turns out I missed that one too ๐Ÿ˜’
